Reserve a Study Room
Surge Card (student ID) required for use of resources
Directions:
1. Click the > arrow to see available times for tomorrow
2. Select a room and a time slot from the calendar below
Time slots are 2 hours by default
You may only make one reservation per day
You may reserve one week in advance
Online reservations must be made one day in advance
Stop by the Check Out desk for first come first serve, same day study room use
3. Once selected, your time slot will appear below the calendar
To select a different time or room click the small trash can icon to the right of your time slot
When happy with your reservation time slot click the Submit Times button below your reservation time slot listing
4. Read the Terms and Conditions
Review the Library User Agreement
Click Continue
5. Fill in your name and email and submit your reservation
Click Submit Booking
You will receive an email confirmation
6. Arrive at the library within 15 mins. of your reservation time
The study room key will be checked out to you from the Check Out desk
Must have Surge ID Card to check out Study Room
Arriving over 15 mins. past your reservation time will void the reservation and the room will become available for other students to check out
Failure to show for your reservation twice, without canceling, will result in the cancellation of all future reservations and a ban from creating future reservations for the remainder of the semester.

Study Rooms Rules:
Study Rooms are reservable for 2 hours at a time.
Study Rooms may be renewed provided there are no other reservations.
Study Rooms are for Small Groups or Individual Students who require a space for a conference call, Zoom meeting or other similar purpose.
Students are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
There is no food or drink in the Study Rooms.
The light must remain on and the window must not be obscured.
Study Rooms are not sound proof.
Returning study room keys late will incur a $5 fine.
Study Room keys are due half an hour before close. View Library Hours

Study Rooms 1 & 2 are accessible via elevator. ♿
Dry erase markers are available for check-out at the Check Out desk.
Sanitation stations are located around the library, including by the study rooms.
Masks are available by the Check Out desk
4 hour Laptops are available for check-out at the check out desk
